FAQ - Faith Printer

What Caused Unclear Printing?
  • Low battery or low print density settings in the app.
  • A dirty print head—clean it gently with alcohol.
  • Moist or old paper—replace with a fresh, dry roll.
Printing Blanks & Paper Roll Installation
  • Use thermal paper only.
  • Install the paper roll correctly.
  • The printing side must face the print head.
Unable to Connect to Bluetooth
  • Download the FaithTag app in Apple Store or Google Play Store
  • Turn on the printer and enable Bluetooth on your phone. Please keep your phone within 3 meters of the printer.
  • Open the FaithTag app and connect to the printer via Bluetooth.
  • Alternatively, turn on the printer and double-click the power button to print a QR code. In the app, tap “Scan QR Code” to connect.
Paper not Detected
  • Turn on the printer without loading paper.
  • Hold the power button for 10–20 seconds until the indicator light flashes twice, then release. This completes paper detection calibration.
  • Reload the paper and long press the power button to turn on the printer.
Printing Missing
  • The paper roll may be stuck. Please tighten and reinstall the paper roll.
  • There may be a Bluetooth transmission speed issue between the printer and your phone. Please try printing from another phone.
Charging Abnormality
  • Ensure the power socket is working. Use a charging cable and adapter with 5V-2A output.
  • Make sure the charging cable and adapter are fully connected.
  • The printer’s light flashes while charging. It stops flashing when fully charged.
About Red Light
  • Red light always on: Connect to the app and tap “Print” to view the prompt. If the app prompts “No paper in the printer,” please follow the paper issue guide. If the app prompts “Printer cover open,” please close the printer cover firmly as instructed.
  • Flashing red light: A flashing red light indicates low battery. Please charge the printer promptly.
Automatic Shutdown
  • Please charge the printer and check if an automatic shutdown time is set.
  • Please connect to the app, tap the top right corner of the homepage, then select your printer model from the list. On the “Manage Devices” page, you can verify the auto shutdown settings.
