By subscribing to FaithTag, you agree that payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the intervals specified during checkout. Payments will continue until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Before completing your subscription, we will disclose the duration and cost, and send you an email confirmation after your purchase. Your subscription begins on the date we send this confirmation email. Please check your email, including the spam folder.

You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime via the “My Account” section on our website or by contacting support via email. Requests must be made before the scheduled dispatch. If cancellation or pause is requested after dispatch, the charge for that delivery will apply.

If you change your shipping address, update your details promptly via “My Account” or by contacting support at [support@faithtagstore.com]. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect or outdated addresses if we were not notified and acknowledged by email.

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time without prior notice.
