Manage Your Information & Cancel Your Account
This page explains your privacy rights with FaithTag — including how to view, correct, delete, transfer your personal data, and how to cancel your account. Our app currently does not require user login or registration, so some actions are handled via support.
Your Rights Under Data Protection Laws
Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to:
- Access & Portability – request a copy of your personal information and, where feasible, receive it in a portable format.
- Correction – rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion – request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Restriction / Objection – restrict or object to certain processing activities.
- Withdraw Consent – where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
For a full overview of how we collect, use, and protect data, see our Privacy Policy.
How to Make a Data or Account Request
Because the FaithTag app currently has no user accounts, most requests are handled via email:
- Email support@faithtagstore.com with the subject line: “FaithTag Personal Data Request”.
- Tell us what you need – e.g., access/export, correction, deletion, or account cancellation.
- Provide helpful details (optional) – device model, approximate purchase date/order ID; do not include sensitive info in the email body.
- We’ll review your request and respond within the timeline described below.
If your request concerns an order placed on our website, we may need order details to locate records in our system.
When the App Doesn’t Require Login
The FaithTag app currently operates without user registration, so we do not maintain profile-based accounts within the app. As a result:
- There is no in-app “delete account” button or profile page to modify.
- Data associated with purchases on our website (e.g., order records) are managed through the site and support channels.
- If you wish to request deletion of data associated with a website purchase, contact support@faithtagstore.com.
What We May Retain (Legal/Operational)
In certain cases we may retain limited data to the extent necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention).
- Resolve disputes or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Maintain transaction records as required by applicable law.
Once retention obligations end, we delete or anonymize the data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Response Timelines & Identity Verification
- Response time – we aim to respond within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request.
- Extensions – complex or multiple requests may require more time; if so, we’ll notify you.
- Verification – to protect your data, we may ask for limited information to confirm your identity (we minimize what you need to share).
Region-Specific Notes (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California, USA). Where applicable, these rights are complementary to those listed above. For any region-specific questions, please contact our support team.
