Unclear printing (faded, light, or streaky)?
- Low battery / density: Charge fully and increase Print Density in the FaithTag app.
- Dirty print head: Power off. Gently clean the print head with alcohol and a lint-free swab; dry before use.
- Old or non-thermal paper: Replace with fresh, compatible thermal paper; ensure the thermal side faces the print head.
Unable to connect to Bluetooth?
- Install the FaithTag app and enable Bluetooth on your phone.
- Power on the printer and keep within 3 meters.
- Open the app → select your printer model → tap Connect via Bluetooth.
- Alternatively, double-press the power button to print a QR; in app, tap Scan QR Code to pair.
- If still failing: toggle phone Bluetooth off/on, forget old devices, then retry in the app.
Paper not detected?
Please follow these steps to fix paper detection:
- Turn on the printer without loading paper.
- Hold the power button for 10–20 seconds until the white indicator flashes, then release (sensor calibration).
- Reload the paper correctly and long-press the power button to restart.
Printing missing (intermittent or partial)?
- Paper jam or loose roll: Remove, tidy the edge, re-seat firmly, and close the cover.
- Transmission issues: Try printing from another phone or move closer to the printer to stabilize Bluetooth.
Charging abnormality?
- Confirm the outlet works. Use a 5V-2A cable and adapter.
- Check cable/adapter are fully seated.
- Printer light flashes while charging; it stops flashing when fully charged.
Automatic shutdown?
- Charge the printer and check if an auto-sleep time is set in the app.
- In the app: tap the top-right corner → choose your printer model → Manage Devices to confirm auto-shutdown settings.
Why doesn’t FaithTag have a search bar?
- Our library currently holds about 3,000+ Scripture-rooted images; coverage is broad but not uniform.
- To help you discover what speaks to your heart, we use categories and Scripture tags—guided exploration without losing the joy of “holy serendipity.”
- As our library grows beyond 5,000 images, we plan to release search so you can pinpoint exactly what you need while keeping discovery fun.
Do your images have copyright issues?
- No. Almost all FaithTag illustrations are lovingly hand-drawn by our design team; we own the rights.
- We believe faith-based art should be warm, meaningful, and rooted in Scripture. We never use images taken directly from the internet.
- You can confidently use our artwork for journaling, gifts, Sunday school, outreach, and more—please follow our usage guidelines.
Will the images distract people from the Bible itself?
- No. At FaithTag, the Bible is always the center—art simply helps you draw closer to God’s Word.
- We see each image as a gentle key, unlocking the door to Scripture and inviting you to pause, reflect, and read.
- Like a window frame is not the view, our artwork isn’t the focus—it helps you see beauty and truth beyond.
